I’ve been working with Kandra Sellers since October 2018. Learning medical billing for dental is a challenge, to say the least, but Kandra has a good handle on it. She has a great personality and is very easy to talk to.
She has introduced me to Dropbox which is where I’m able to keep all of the medical billing information. She’s filled it with all kinds of information needed to get started such as Global Policies for various insurance companies, templates of LMN’s and superbills. There are specific sections such as trauma, surgical, and oral sleep appliances. This allows a starting point and makes it easier to modify to fit our office needs. She’s given me “cheat sheets” for things that come up all the time so I have an easy place to go to refer to.
She has made herself available to me whenever I need her. There’s a two hour time difference between us and, occasionally, I email her after hours and she will respond that night. I’m able to ask her any questions that come up and she will provide the answer and the best way to handle it. If she doesn’t know the answer, she will find out and get back to me.
